University today

During the visit of UCSI University authorities (Malaysia) in the Branch of REU after G.V. Plekhanov in Tashkent there has been held a meeting director of the Branch academician Abdurakhmanov K.Kh. and authority of UCSI University Mr. Peter T.S. Ng. The main theme of the talk has been aspects of cooperation development in the sphere of science and education.

Scientists’ delegation headed by the director acad. Abdurakhmanov K.Kh. participates in joint Uzbek-Indonesian international conference on issues of national economy and management development which takes place in Gunadarma University (Indonesia) at present.

The agreement of cooperation between “SolBridge” International School of Business,Woosong University, South Korea and the Branch of Russian University of Economics after G.V. Plekhanov in Tashkent has been signed. The bilateral agreement has been made for the development of cooperation in the sphere of research and education, and also for the support of creative and cultural projects of mutual interest.

On March 18, 2011 Rector of Gunadarma University, Indonesia prof. E.S. Margianti and delegation of the University visited the Branch of G.V. Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Tashkent. During the meeting with the authorities of the University aspects of interaction between universities have been discussed within the framework of signed Agreement
of Cooperation between University of Gunadarma and the Branch.

On February 2, 2011 there held a conference “The XXIV Plekhanov Readings” in the Branch of G.V. Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Tashkent.

In the Branch of G.V. Plekhanov Russian Economic University in Tashkent there took place a meeting of the students of the branch with the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Malaysia in the Republic of Uzbekistan Abdul Aziz Bin Kharun. During the visit the conference on the theme “Uzbekistan-Malaysia: economy and business” was held.

On October 25, 2010 attache on university cooperation of the Embassy of France in Uzbekistan Severin Van Gastel visited the Branch of G.V. Plekhanov Russian University of Economics in Tashkent

On March 25, 2010 an official meeting was held between prof. Kalandar Abdurakhmanov, Director of the Branch of G.V. Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics in Tashkent and prof. E.S. Margianti, Rector of Gunadarma University, Indonesia.

On March 24, 2010 Mr. Sjahril Sabaruddin, the Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of Indonesia accompanied by the Third Secretary of the Embassy of the Republic of Indonesia Mr. Musa Derek Sairwona made a visit to the Branch of the Russian Academy of Economics after G.V. Plekhanov in Tashkent in connection with the completion of his mission in the Republic of Uzbekistan.

On January 22, 2010 in the Branch of the Russian Economic Academy there took place the 4-th annual debates in English on the theme: «MASTER OF CHANCE versus MASTER OF FATE». The event was organized by the “Foreign languages department” and the student scientific club “Linguist”.
